Kruti Doshi’s counselling philosophy is rooted in self-awareness, self-acceptance, and the understanding of individual beliefs and attitudes. Kruti Doshi is a Registered Psychotherapist with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO) and a certified member of the Ontario Association of Mental Health Professionals (OAMHP). With over 15 years of experience in Clinical Psychology, she holds several certifications in the mental health field. Kruti’s practice integrates a range of therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Behaviour Therapy, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Mindfulness, Narrative Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, and Humanistic and Client-Centered approaches. She provides culturally competent care and tailors her approach to the specific needs and best interests of her clients.
