Education and Approaches

Kate Maksymenko is a bilingual Mental Health Counsellor with a solid 5-year track record in conducting individual and group psychodynamic therapy. She is well-versed in applying various therapeutic techniques, including psychodynamic therapy, EMDR, NLP, TMS, CBT, and Rewind for trauma work. Kate is internationally educated in clinical psychology, with a strong background in trauma-related evidence-based modalities. Her therapeutic approach integrates psychodynamic therapy, evidence-based practices, and system thinking strategies to support emotional healing and resilience.
