Negar Khodadadi adopts a holistic approach to mental health, integrating mind, body, and spirit. She values each client's unique background and cultural context to provide personalized care. Her philosophy centers on empathy, compassion, and reducing mental health stigma. By combining pharmacotherapy with evidence-based therapies, she supports clients' healing and growth. Negar’s inclusive approach and over 15 years of experience with diverse clients underscore her commitment to mental wellness and advocacy.

Education and Approaches

Negar Khodadadi, MD, RP(Qualifying), is a dedicated member of the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario, committed to guiding individuals toward mental wellness and holistic healing. With over a decade of experience in the mental health field, Negar has continually pursued advanced therapeutic techniques and methodologies to provide effective support.

 

Negar Khodadadi offers extensive experience across various roles. Since 2014, she has volunteered at the Zoroastrian Society of Ontario, supporting clients and developing crisis plans. As a psychiatrist in Iran since 2009, she has managed mental health treatment and medications. Her previous roles include forensic psychology and family medicine in Iran, where she built personal relationships and created health programs. This diverse experience enhances her ability to provide empathetic and comprehensive care.

Negar integrates pharmacotherapy with evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, Hypnotherapy, Trauma-focused CBT, and Mindfulness approaches. Her expertise extends beyond clinical practice; she actively advocates for mental health awareness and works to reduce stigma through community outreach programs, workshops, and public speaking engagements.
