Alejandra is a dedicated mental health professional with a deep commitment to evidence-based psychotherapy, focusing on individuals, families, and communities. Throughout her career, she has specialized in helping clients identify and address underlying emotional patterns and relational dynamics. Ale employs a strategic blend of psychodynamic and systemic approaches to foster sustainable growth and well-being.

As the former Head of a Child and Adolescent Mental Health Unit, Alejandra successfully led a multidisciplinary team, developed clinical protocols, and restructured services between mental health providers and educational institutions. Her leadership played a significant role in increasing access to care for children and families facing complex challenges.

Alejandra has extensive experience conducting comprehensive mental health assessments for schools, families, and courts, and providing targeted therapy for parents, children, and adolescents. She has also been involved in creating community-focused strategies to address mental health concerns. A major contributor to the "Chile Crece Contigo" program, Alejandra played a critical role in supporting expectant mothers and promoting emotional resilience during pregnancy.
