Learn more about different treatments and how they work.

There are so many different therapy approaches, and it can be difficult to determine which treatment might best suit the client's needs. Some treatments have undergone extensive scientific investigations in clinical trial studies and have been found to be effective. However, it is important to know that none of these therapeutic options effectively treat everyone or every problem. Everyone's unique, with different strengths and needs. Our psychologists, psychotherapists, and counsellors at MentalOptimist are qualified and knowledgeable in offering types of psychological treatments.
